Feature: Add Button and Modal to import DataFile

As a user, I want to populate my map with new form data.

Objective

Allow a user to import new data into the map

Context

Button -> onClick -> show Modal
Modal form:
-> File to upload
-> Kind of resource (form data or external data)
-> Resource name in the datapackage (list from datapackage resource retrieved from the backend #108
If external data:
-> ForeignKey : Resource Field -> Reference (ResourceName, MappedField)

Checks to implement :
Check if the file is correct
Check is headers are present
Catch error from coordo -> If data already exists, ask to overwrite or to cancel the operation, then resend the request with overwrite option.

No type inference needed (done on coordo side)

UPDATE :

Considering whart has been done on Coordo side and All4Trees requirements, the Modal will be much simpler than expected:

Modal form

• Layer/Form to update
• File to Upload
• Kind of resource (form data or external data)
• Resource name (optional) :
  - for CSV files: if empty, will be inferred by coordo from the csv filename
  - for Excel files (cf. extensions here): don't show if excel file has several sheets (i.e will populate several resources, in that case resource names will be inferred by coordo from sheet names).
  - -> Make visible that the field can stay empty and that in that case user must be careful with sheet_names file names.

ForeignKeys -> No need to do nothing with that for now.
