Add possibility to skip saving version.properties

Is it possible to add skip parameter to be able to skip saving versioning file on specific tasks?
as for me - it would be useful to avoid changes for each build or assembleDebug tasks.

@shostko, I'm working on it, I believe the cause is the auto-increment for the build number, by disabling with a new option this should not happen anymore. I would create this option setting incrementBuild = false instead of a list of tasks on which you don't want to save. In this way the manual changes done on other numbers will be saved to file anyway. See #29.
