Rename project to bytekit and update all references

The current project name cBytes will be changed to bytekit for better clarity and uniqueness.

This issue tracks all tasks needed for the rename.

Tasks:

• Rename repository to bytekit
• Update project name in [README.md]
• Replace all code comments and headers referencing cBytes with bytekit
• Update build scripts, Makefile, and CI/CD configs to use the new name
• Update library include guards and macros if necessary
• Check for any references to cbytes in code, tests, and examples and update to bytekit
• Announce the rename in the project changelog or release notes

Notes:

Ensure all links, badges, and documentation reflect the new name.
Verify that the new name does not conflict with any existing C libraries.
