Rename lib/bot/bot_logic.rb to bot_logic_example.rb or bot_logic_demo.rb and probably move out of lib

It looks like part of a library where it is actually an example.

Whereas [app/bots/main.rb](https://github.com/davidmann4/botstack/blob/master/app/bots/main.rb) looks like it might belong in `lib`
