Feature Request: Latitude and Longitude Lines

I want to get a better idea of the size of continents, and also see continental drift better. Having lines of latitude and longitude I think would go a long way to helping me keep track of that mentally.

This might be something I can do once I finish work on the new code for Views, then I'll have a nice generic "draw lines" program I can leverage.
