Multiple nodes in "sources" or "targets" for edge specification causes fail

Even though "sources" and "targets" for edges specification accepts array as value, multiple items in these arrays causes tool to fail.

Is it a bug?
Will be multiple nodes in sources / targets ever supported?

My test file is rather complex. Issue occurs when line 167 is uncommented
