Launch polish: profile, README, SEO, and deployment

Goal: make the finished portfolio credible, discoverable, and easy to share.

Scope:

• Add README with local setup, deployment instructions, and content editing notes.
• Configure GitHub Pages, Vercel, or another deployment target.
• Add metadata, Open Graph image, favicon, and sensible SEO copy.
• Add contact links: GitHub, LinkedIn, email, resume download, and project links.
• Verify accessibility, responsive behavior, and performance basics.

Acceptance criteria:

• Public URL is available.
• README explains setup and deployment.
• Site has polished metadata, social preview, and contact links.
