vb4c & the Chrome Web Store

Hi folks,

I'm still working on getting vb4c approved for distribution on the Chrome Web Store. Unfortunatly Google rejected my first application, siting user permission issues that seem a little vague to me. I left all of the original permission requests identical to cVim. I am working on narrowing down what exact permissions is needs in order to re-submit the application so I can get it approved ASAP.

Sorry for the delay, COVID-19 threw a wrench in to things and I've been busy. I've got bandwidth to work on this again now. Hopefully I'll have good news about a store listing soon!

In the mean time you can still install it manually by following the instructions in the README. It's pretty simple!

Maybe warn people that with the current way of installing, the only easy way to not get a popup that you have to click away with the mouse, is to use Chrome Canary.

Or Vivaldi, I suppose. But I don't like that browser very much.
