 validation

- Audited all 11 monorepo microservice packages to verify exact version alignment (L1: 10.1.6, L2: 2.5.5, L3: 3.3.3, L4: 3.8.9, L5: 4.1.0, L6: 5.18.0, L7: 5.13.0, L8: 2.1.0, L9: 5.1.0, L10: 4.3.8, L11: 0.5.0) under the v10.1.6 platform standard.
- Verified 100% agreement between PLATFORM_STATUS.md, MASTER_BACKLOG.md, and the interactive/internal HTML files on metrics: 85% completion, Q2/June 2026 date, and 83/98 features completed.
- Ran validation script verify_integrity.js to confirm zero broken links, rendering issues, or version mismatches.
