Create documentation on using the camera

Documentation on how to set up and interact with the camera will be useful in helping others learn how to use the camera. This documentation will include instructions along with example code.

I have created a new branch, cameraDoc to contain the documentation that not yet finished or ready to be pushed to main. In that branch I created a markdown file with basic instructions on how to set up the camera along with a Jupyter notebook containing code that allows you to stream video from the camera.

Merged the cameraDoc branch with main in PR #11. This was mainly for the setup.md file.
camera/videoStream.ipynb still requires some work to be done, especially in terms of explaining the code.

I have updated camera/setup.md to include instructions on setting up IPv4 sharing on the Nano. This only contains basic instructions and needs some more explanation about what is being done and why.

I have camera/setup.md to include instructions on setting up IPv4 sharing on the Nano from the command line. Using the command line is arguably simpler for doing this than the GUI.
