Add last updated to each delegate page #42
Description
Add last updated to each delegate page in order to see when was the last time the proposal was updated.
This should happen every time a delegate:
- changes contents of the proposal
- changes sharing %
- changes website
This should not happen when:
- Delegate adds a contribution
- Delegate adds/removes nodes
