[Plugins] Add ability to automatically delete AsyncOperation job after it finishes

When you register plugins in the "old fashioned way", you can set a flag that says "Delete AsyncOperation if StatusCode = Successful".

A customer is requesting that this be done, so as to not fill up the log with old Async jobs.

According to the SDK documentation, this can be done using the boolean asyncautodelete field.

I can see that it has been set to false in EntitySetup.fs

Can you extend the "ExtendedStepConfig" with an option so we could set this value to true while registering a plugin step?
