Hi,

We’re experiencing an issue where a SlackAskV3 task in an XSIAM playbook does not enter a pending state and does not wait for the analyst’s response.
The message is sent to Slack successfully, the buttons appear, and analysts can click them - but the playbook continues immediately without pausing for input.

We verified that:

The task is configured as an Ask task and set to wait for user response

Slack integration is connected and responding

The Slack message and interactive buttons are delivered correctly

We're using this task to communicate with analysts, but the fact that the task isn't waiting - preventing us from using it.

Could you please advise?
We would appreciate guidance on whether this is a configuration issue, a known limitation, or a bug.
