Deployer always locks on deployment

I'm trying to deploy to my server, but Deployer seems to keep locking on deployment and doesn't return an error other than telling me it's locked.

Your deploy task from the snippet does not match the output from the screenshot. Check what task you actually run (where it is defined) and if some "before" or "after" statements break your deploy task.
