Hello,

Has anyone been able to install this on a fresh Laravel install or know how to get around this error?

  Problem 1
    - deployer/deployer[v4.3.0, ..., 4.x-dev] require monolog/monolog ^1.21 -> found monolog/monolog[1.21.0, ..., 1.x-dev] but the package is fixed to 2.4.0 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
    - Root composer.json requires deployer/deployer ^4.3 -> satisfiable by deployer/deployer[v4.3.0, ..., 4.x-dev].

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.
You can also try re-running composer require with an explicit version constraint, e.g. "composer require deployer/deployer:*" to figure out if any version is installable, or "composer require deployer/deployer:^2.1" if you know which you need.

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json and ./composer.lock to their original content.

I tired with -W but it gives the same error

same here , cant update/ deploy :(

So I installed it in a /tool directory using

composer require --working-dir=tools/deployer

but when you try and run the init command it’s spews out a heap of symfony deprecated errors
