Artifact Deployment for Magento2

Hi there,

I was recently adopting jalogut/magento2-deployer-plus for Magento 2.4.4 and the latest deployer version.
I'd love to see it in the core, so I'll make a PR if that's ok.

OK, so now I would need some help. I made a fork wilfriedwolf/deployer and created a feature-branch (feature/magento2-artifact-deployment) where I put my stuff.
Only I can not test it, since I am not able to install it together with magento-v2.4.4 because of composer conflict, which I did not have, when using the 7.0.0 release candidates, since the came as PHAR-files.
Unfortunately I do not have any idea how to create a PHAR from an dev branch and deploy it via composer...
Any hints here?
(the conflicting package is symfony/process, magento requires ~4.4 and deployer ^5)

Just run

php -d phar.readonly=0 bin/build -v"7.0.0"

with some version

deployer 7 is released, so maybe you don't need the phar?
