How do i set the port and identity file for hosts?

I'm doing
hosts('example.net')->port(6822)

But it says the function does not exist. Yet it appears for the 6x documentation. How do I set it for v7+?

Hi I found the answer myself and updated the documentation.

host('xyz')
->set($varName,$varValue)
