Deployer complains about composer being used as root/super user!

Steps to reproduce

Hey there, since yesterday's release of 7.5 deployer complains about Composer being ran as a sudo/root user eventhough that wasn't happening before.

It's happening in deploy:env task from symfony recipe.

Attaching logs from Gitlab CI.

Hopefully there is no mistake in the deployer config considering everything works well on the 7.4.1. Let me know, happy to help.
