Steps to reproduce

It looks like deployer.org is currently down.

When deploying a website via GitHub actions I get the following error:

curl: (28) Failed to connect to deployer.org port 443 after 135406 ms: Couldn't connect to server

Visiting https://deployer.org also results in a connection error.
