The project was founded by two undergraduate students of Baku Engineering University - Rasul Karimov and Mammad Hajili in 2018(Now Rasul and Mammad are graduate students at Skoltech/Samsung AI and EPFL/IBM Research respectively). The main aim of the project is accelerating the development of AI and related topics in Azerbaijan by supporting the research and education with shared knowledge.
