Error when trying to set "params"

This module works fine, however, when I try to set parameters that I have defined and fixed in my Metabase Dashboard, I will always get an error: Visualization::__construct(): Argument #2 ($params) must be of type array, string given. Obviously, the params are not recognized as an array, although I have tried all given syntaxes of Blade Components. Does anybody have an example how to set the params correctly?
