Configuring Sourcegraph

NOTE: In Sourcegraph v3.11 the management console and critical configuration were removed and all properties moved into the site configuration. If you are using an older version of Sourcegraph, consider looking at the critical configuration. See the migration notes for Sourcegraph v3.11+ for more information.
