[BUG] Courses Page : Light Theme Visual Inconsistency Issues

Describe the bug

The Courses page does not adapt correctly when switching to light theme. Dark backgrounds, card colors, text, and gradient overlays look out of place, making the page visually inconsistent and difficult to read

To Reproduce

1. Go to the Courses page (/courses)
2. Click the on the sun icon in the navbar to switch to light mode
3. Observe that the card section, background, and text/icon colors do not update correctly to reflect the light theme

Expected behavior

All UI elements on the Courses page including the background, cards, text, gradients, and shadows should seamlessly adapt to the light theme, maintaining proper contrast, readability, and visual consistency matching the rest of the site's light mode appearance.
