Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the website does not have a dedicated FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. Users may struggle to find quick answers to common queries related to the platform, features, usage, and policies, leading to increased support requests or confusion.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should add a dedicated FAQ page that provides clear answers to common user questions about the platform.
The FAQ page should include:
- General questions about DevPath and its purpose
- Account or usage-related questions (if applicable)
- Technical or platform-related clarifications
- Support/contact guidance
Additionally, the FAQ page should be linked in the Footer section, preferably under the "Resources" or "Links" section for easy accessibility.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Keeping FAQs inside the Wiki section instead of a separate page
- Using a modal or collapsible section instead of a full page
- Redirecting users to external documentation instead of maintaining internal FAQs
However, a dedicated page is preferred for better SEO, structure, and usability.
Additional context
- The FAQ page should follow existing design patterns used across the site.
- It should be responsive and consistent with the current UI theme.
- Footer update should ensure visibility without cluttering navigation.
- This improvement will reduce repetitive support queries and improve user onboarding experience.
