[Config]: Add a .nvmrc file to standardize the Node version

To prevent contributors from running into unsupported Node version errors, we should add a .nvmrc file to the root of the repository that explicitly specifies the Node version this project uses e.g. v20.

I'd love to contribute to this issue. I've gone through the repository and understand the need for standardizing the Node.js version across all contributor environments.
My approach:

Add a .nvmrc file at the root of the repository specifying the Node version (e.g., v20.x) that the project currently uses
This will ensure contributors using nvm automatically switch to the correct Node version, avoiding compatibility issues during setup
Optionally, I can also check if package.json already has an engines field and align the .nvmrc version accordingly for consistency

This is a small but impactful config change that improves the contributor onboarding experience significantly.
