[Refactor]: Extract hardcoded hex colors in Hero section to global CSS variables

The Hero module css file currently uses hardcoded hex colors for some of its gradients and text. Please refactor this file to use the global CSS variables defined in our index css or globals css so that the theme colors remain consistent across the app.
