[UX]: Add skeleton loading states for the Profile and Roadmap pages

Currently, while Firebase data is being fetched, users often see a blank screen or a very basic spinner which can cause layout shifts. We need to implement sleek, animated skeleton loaders using Tailwind CSS pulse utilities for the DevCard, Roadmap nodes, and Profile sections so the UI feels fast and responsive during network delays.

I'd like to work on this issue. I'll implement skeleton loading states using Tailwind CSS animate-pulse utilities for the following components:

• DevCard – skeleton placeholders matching the card layout (avatar, name, stats)
• Roadmap nodes – pulsing skeleton blocks while node data loads
• Profile sections – skeleton structure mimicking the actual profile layout to prevent layout shifts

This should eliminate the blank screen/basic spinner issue and make the UI feel significantly faster during Firebase data fetches.
