Subject: [PATCH] Add Nitro Translate to APIs & Backends

Adds Nitro Translate to the APIs & Backends section. Nitro is a human translation service accessible via REST API, and it is the first translation platform to accept autonomous payments from AI agents via the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP).
