It's not the matter of readable here. It's easy to write and easy to remember because the website domain is drgithub.ai

Also if you use drgithubai it makes it unique and the username will be available on all platforms, including GitHub

When it comes to usernames, one thing that should be considered is the username should be identical everywhere. It's marketing
