Objective

Create a validated, copy-paste-ready reference setup for deploying on-device AI coding tools on current-gen Corporate hardware.

What This Outcome Produces

DEPLOYMENT-TEMPLATE.md: A specific, validated reference setup document with hardware requirements, step-by-step environment setup, model installation, and first-run instructions.

How It Builds

Participants contribute validated setup configurations directly to findings/DEPLOYMENT-TEMPLATE.md via PRs throughout Weeks 1–3. Each contribution is tested and working on their hardware.

1. Open DEPLOYMENT-TEMPLATE.md for setup contributions from all participants
2. Participants add their validated setup: exact commands, versions, hardware requirements, workarounds
3. Identify the most common/successful pattern across all contributions
4. Consolidate into reference template: hardware requirements → environment setup → model install → first run

Complete When

• Template is complete and specific (with exact commands and versions)
• At least one participant has validated it works end-to-end on their hardware
• All critical setup steps documented
• Document marked ✅ when complete

Timeline

Active: Weeks 1–3 (participants contribute validated setups progressively)
Due: July 16, 2026 (end of Week 3)
