[Enhancement]: replay directory

What changes would you like?

Add documentation to README or otherwise showing replay directory.

I just found it ~/snap/openra/1409/.config/openra/Replays/ and thought this was quite difficult to locate. Is there a reason data like replays are stored in the .config directory?

This is a known issue OpenRA/OpenRA#10374 and I even filed a patch for it OpenRA/OpenRA#19082 but it was rejected.
