Description
I used to have the book, but lost it once I moved. To be honest I just skimmed it and got the general gist, but I feel I need to fully read it, absorb it, and apply it. At its core it is about making your needs known to others and for you to learn to find other's core needs. I admit that my words/what I write may not 100% fall under this framework, and this would help me avoid miscommunication with others; having said that, I always try to speak loudly through my actions, I just need to practice being clearer with my language.
