add support for playing out/gigging #10

add support for playing out/gigging where you have gigs composed of setlists composed of songs using rack for accompanyment/effects. it should be easy to bind it to either a midi controller (e.g. softstep2, touchosc, midifighter, etc.) and trigger transitions through setlist. imaging next, previous, stop, play, pause, etc. and rack just plays the right stuff at the right time, all orchestrated through rackcli. for managing gigs/sets/songs DIY, it should also support picking songs from portfolio/song list based on the usual suspects (e.g. tags, titles, phrases, etc.). it should also work with common gigging tools like mainstage, etc.
