Hi! I also noticed this issue when trying to create two ANEs using this AMAZING template.

I got the error: Duplicate symbol ContextInitializer when publishing to device.

The solution was to change the following, and you need to do it for every ANE you create:
Assuming your ANE is called "ContactEditor" :)

In both .h and .m:

    void ContextInitializer(void* extData)
    void ContextFinalizer(void* extData)
TO
    void PhoneContactsContextInitializer(void* extData)
    void PhoneContactsContextFinalizer(void* extData)

...and...

    *ctxInitializerToSet = &ContextInitializer;
    *ctxFinalizerToSet = &ContextFinalizer;
TO
    *ctxInitializerToSet = &PhoneContactsContextInitializer;
    *ctxFinalizerToSet = &PhoneContactsContextFinalizer;

...Also the isSupported() function needs a unique name (possibly all functions you create needs unique names)

In both .h and .m

    ANE_FUNCTION(isSupported);
TO
    ANE_FUNCTION(phoneContactsIsSupported);

and in the void PhoneContactsContextInitializer() function:

    static FRENamedFunction func[] =
    {
        MAP_FUNCTION(phoneContactsIsSupported, NULL),
        MAP_FUNCTION(getContacts, NULL),
    };
