Runs "start" command instead of what I provide

I have a package.json set up with a "server" script. Running nodenv server triggers start instead of server/index.js.

The setup is the generic create-react-app folder. A subfolder added named server with an index.js file inside. The index.js is generic test Express app. Package.json has only been modified to include the script to run nodenv.

Can you try calling explicitly nodenv server/index.js or alternatively set your "main" entry in the package.json to server/index.js?
