Implement route deviation detection and rerouting

## Problem
The application cannot determine when a user leaves the suggested route.

## Current Behavior
- Navigation continues even when the driver deviates from the recommended path.
- No rerouting occurs.

## Expected Behavior
- Detect when the user is off-route.
- Trigger route recalculation automatically.
- Update navigation instructions accordingly.
