GStreamer/RUST plugins in v1.0 will provide audio and video support without proper interflow synchronisation.

@felixpou Just like here, I don't think there is a clear requirement.
The goal is to implement a pair of GStreamer source and sink elements, which will allow a user to construct arbitrary GStreamer pipelines that write to or read from MXL flows.

technically the requirement exists : provide qualification and validation tools. the rust bindings are one stepping stone towards meeting this requirement.

both. the gstreamer filters built on the rust bindings will allow us to build validation tools and serve as reference media functions.
