Investigate type hierarchy support for Bake targets

Bake targets can use the inherits attribute to inherit attributes from one target to another target. The LSP declares a couple of different requests that we should consider researching to understand the UX and whether this would benefit users.

LSP requests:

• textDocument/prepareTypeHierarchy
• typeHierarchy/supertypes
• typeHierarchy/subtypes
