Hi
I am no expert and I am in the what-am-I-doing (?) area, but I am intelligent enough to see that when I run the gpg --generate-key and I got the correct response, there was NO questions on 'password' either during after or before I did input gpg --generate-key.

When I run Docker-desktop I was asked for a PW!
Which password? I never created one and was not asked.

So I used the 'Forgot PW' and never received email - twice and I also tested it, just in case.

My email works - I am in IT since 1990s and I manage my own domains and emails - no problems there.

Now I am stuck on the most absurd situation.

No idea what to do now>

I only installed Docker as was suggested, when I wanted to install LocalAI - which is installed and now building backend.

Once again I am no expert!!

I will need to login to run below:
I am following this page now: https://docs.vllm.ai/projects/vllm-omni/en/latest/getting_started/installation/gpu/#set-up-using-docker and want to try and install a pre-built vllm or vllm-omni

Then I thought, maybe - since there is no info about this too - let's create a login and tells me name already taken. Of course it is, I did create it earlier... unless it already was taken by someone else and in terminal I 'never' got a 'user name taken' warning...

I am going nuts now. 🤓

So, I created a new user login - same email...

How do I now change it within my PC? As mentioned initially - user now is different!
