File counts lower than expected: 3D tranche browser

Hi! I'm new to this domain, and was trying to download some molecules from Zinc22/CarteBlanche's 3d molecules. Experimenting with download scripts, I tried the following, for H04, which nominally has 554 molecules, as indicated at the bottom of the table column. Observations after running scripts and flattening/unpacking the archives:

• Curl: Mol2 and SDF: 141 files
• WGET: Mol2 and SDF: 335 files

So, we have 3 counts: Expected, downloaded with CURL, and downloaded with SDF. What do you think is happening? Thank you!
