As for me, I'm missing visualizations from the project.

The project is still in an early stage, but the roadmap currently focuses on three main areas:

Current Focus

1. Data Exploration

Improve the experience of exploring query results and understanding datasets.

Planned improvements include:

• Query result visualizations (charts)
• Column statistics and dataset summaries
• Improvements to the existing filtering and exploration tools

2. Database Support

Expand database compatibility and improve connection management.

Planned improvements:

• MySQL and PostgreSQL support
• Improved connection management
• Faster autocomplete with metadata caching
• Better schema exploration

3. AI-native Workflows

Make AI a core part of the SQL workflow rather than an add-on.

Areas we are exploring:

• SQL Copilot improvements (generation, explanation, debugging)
• Context-aware suggestions
• Table and dataset summaries
• AI-assisted query exploration

Longer-term Ideas

Some ideas we are considering for the future:

• Lightweight dashboards from query results
• Query notebooks
• Collaboration features
• Sharing queries and charts

Since you mentioned visualizations — that's definitely something I plan to add soon.
The goal is to make it easy to turn query results into charts for quick data exploration.

Visualization support has recently been added to Dory.
You can now create charts directly from query results in the latest version.

If you'd like to try it, please update to the newest release and run a query — you'll see the chart options available from the result panel.

We’re continuing to improve the data exploration experience, including visualizations and dataset inspection.
