Part of the new XAML tools

• Highlight doesn't update if window resized (Adorner should handle automatically)
• Highlight may not show on some elements, can we detect this and have a message/InfoBar?
• Handle negative margins on the highlighted element

Have been thinking between this and #11 that one of these should be mouse select base (probably modify)?

Anyway, found a bug where the selection isn't highlighting the right item:

It's selecting the one before it.

If you navigate with the visual tree from the Live Properties panel, then it does select the right item. So this seems like an issue with the mapping of XML doc to Visual Tree.

Switching to the updated Adorner system in the Toolkit (feature/toolkit-adorners branch), went mostly smooth, but bit odd in places. Have some notes. Cool to be able to do it as UserControl style though, probably need an example for that in the Toolkit, nicer than the non-standard templated control with the binding dictionary.

Anyway, negative margins on controls are not happy (not sure if they were before), but something is off. Don't have brain power right now to resolve it. I'm sure there's more clean-up of how we attach/detach to do. But they do follow window resizing now, which is nice.
