Define list of supported devices and OS

We should clearly and early define what devicesshould be supported and with which technologies, so we can test against it and develop for it. (and write docs for it)

Browser with PWA

This allows DOTYKER to be run on nearly any device with some limitations.
PWA's Service workers should be used in other app types as well as it shouldpair nicely with caching files locally, baclground syncs etc.

Windows 11 with Electron in UWP

This could potentially allow us to run our app in Kiosk mode Assigned Access mode

Electron app

Just an app that may be launched nearly anywhere and it's up to user to configure automatic launch and lock down the OS.

Electron in Docker

This aims at BalenaOS which runs containers with X11

Electron in snap

This aims at Ubuntu Core which runs apps in snaps with Wayland

Android with Capacitor

The electron for mobile devices, we will simply package our app to allow deployment to some tablets.
Would be nice if some Android developer could help us tune the Android part which would allow us to request required permissions, run in persistent full screen or even better register as launcher app to lock the kiosk down.
