Fail to reconstruct on custom data

Hello dear author, thanks for your excellent work!

I'm trying to test GeoMVSNet on my own scene. I have followed the instructions of Custom dataset #9 to organize my data in the form of DTU, and run the test_dtu.sh on my data successfully.

However, the depth and confidence map I got were messy (As shown below).

At the moment I'm not sure what went wrong. I would appreciate any help in analyzing the cause and solution to this problem!

I found that the depth range in the camera parameter file was not being calculated correctly during colmap2mvsnet.

After some modifications, I get a confidence map that matches the original image, but the depth map has no content.

May I ask what is the cause of this problem, and how to solve it?

Your depth map is not visualized correctly because there are very large or very small divorced values that cause the effective depth to be compressed on a scale of 0-255. Try to remove these divorced values
