Request for API key

Hi,
I am a developer working on a project that searches for people with specific skills for a job and obtain their CV or Resumes. I aim to get their email or any contact information from their Resume or CV and offer them the position.
I was looking through your API and had a few questions regarding the pricing and capping of Search API. Also, I was not able to get in touch with my account manager regarding the API keys for the same.
