Add `mdsthin` dependency and use to grab gfiles or coil information

Either use omfit-classes MDSplus capabilities, or use the mdsthin package, in order to access MDSplus database when running on iris or omega clusters (or any server with an mdsplus connection).

This would be useful for grabbing gfiles from the mds trees, or for eventually getting coil current information when free-boundary is added to this repository
