[Discussion] Proposed UI addition: settings menu

I propose the addition of a settings menu to the UI. I hope a settings menu will provide a base on which the feature requests I see in other issues can be built on (change font, cache pages, languages switching, download/set up .zim files UI, exit button).

Proposed changes:

• Addition of a settings menu icon next to the current Home icon
• Development of design language for settings menu
• Initial settings:
  • Doesn't actually have to have any settings to start with, since the app currently has no settings
  • an About section would be a good proof-of-concept
  • This menu would be a good place for an exit button (Add exit button somewhere #27)
  • See sketch below for a few ideas for language and Wikipedia source settings :)
