Migrate License

GPL's linking clause may restrict integration with other systems (e.g. LMS, MOOCs).
Migrating to another license would solve this.
LGPL is an option, but MPL would perhaps be a better alternative https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/MPL/2.0/
