PoC: GraphQL subscriptions

We should check if and how we could provided code to handle GraphQL subscriptions.

First ideas:

• Check subscribe function in graphql-js library
• Check if there is an existing solution (e.g. "subscriptions-transport-ws")
• Check whether we want to add this logic to this project or extract it to a new project
