Get-MySqlPort should be skipped when a optional port parameter is supplied

Resources that perform Get-MySqlPort currently fail for me as my.ini is not located in the standard location.
Not really sure why is even necessary to parse the port from the config, perhaps only parse if port not supplied? Often the my.ini location is supplied as a parameter a Service run configuration, could perhaps parse location from there?

That helper function is used in several resources to get the port - if there are a better way to get the port then that should be used. Otherwise your workaround sound promising. Do you want to send in a PR then please do.
